  • Visit www.dnahrblock.com
  • Click on the first option in the upper right corner and you will be directed to the Create Account option. Click on the option.
  • You will be asked to provide the correct information for the following full name, email id, and a strong password.
  • Once the form has been completed, click the Register button
  • You will receive a confirmation email in your email with an access code that you must enter to complete the account creation.
  • Once your account is created, you will receive your username and password on your phone.
  • Finally, you will be asked to answer some security questions that will help you recover your account if you forget your password.

  • The link will take you to the new member registration form.
